Tools are built for clarity and long-term use — not signals, not hype, and not constant feature churn.
Artwork
Are prints made to order?
Yes. Each print is produced after you order.
Do you offer canvases?
Not at this time.
How long does production + shipping take?
The most accurate window is shown at checkout. Production and carrier timelines can shift during holidays or peak weeks.
Can I return or exchange artwork?
Because prints are made to order, returns for change-of-mind aren’t a fit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Indicators
Are these trade signals?
No. These are tools and overlays. You decide how to use them. You own risk and execution.
Who are these tools for?
Intermediate to advanced discretionary traders who value structure over noise. If you’re looking for signals, automation, or constant updates, these may not be a good fit.
How do I access my indicator after purchase?
After purchase, your TradingView account is granted access. In TradingView:
Indicators → Invite-only scripts → select the script.
If it doesn’t appear right away, refresh or restart TradingView.
My invite-only script isn’t showing up — what now?
Close and restart TradingView, then check again under Invite-only scripts.
If it still doesn’t appear, contact support with your TradingView username and the script name.
What markets do your indicators support?
Most tools are shaped around intraday futures/index flow, but they can be used on FX, crypto, and equities with sensible settings.
Do indicators get updates?
Yes — maintained over time. Updates are intentional and stability-focused. Major updates are announced when they ship. Minor fixes may ship quietly.
Do your scripts repaint?
No repainting is used unless explicitly stated on the product page. If behavior depends on candle close or session boundaries, it’s documented clearly.
Pine Script services
What services do you offer?
Alert formatting (Discord-friendly payloads), bug fixes, and code cleanup/refactors for existing Pine scripts.
Where do I purchase services?
All service work runs through Fiverr so scope, delivery, and revisions stay clean.
Do you build full strategies from scratch?
Not as the default. Best fit is improving, stabilizing, or extending an existing script — or implementing a clearly defined ruleset.
What do you need from me to start?
- The Pine Script (or access to it)
- What you want it to do (exact behavior)
- Screenshots/examples of the issue or desired output
- For alerts: list each alert type + what fields you want included
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included until the script behaves as defined in the agreed scope/offer.
Support
How do I contact you?
Use the Contact page or reply to your order email. For indicator access issues, include your TradingView username and the script name.
What kind of support do you provide?
Support is limited to access issues, bug reports, and clarification of documented behavior. OAKEN X does not offer trade coaching, chart reviews, or real-time guidance.
Refunds
If there is a genuine technical issue or access problem that cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued. Refunds are not provided based on trading results or personal preference.
